[Remote] Technical Recruiter - Systems

The Technical Recruiter will reputed company and recruit talent for Systems-reputed company engineering teams, partner with hiring managers, and progressively own the full reputed company lifecycle for critical technical roles.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute sourcing and reputed company strategies for Systems talent, including reputed company architects, deployment, infrastructure, test, and validation roles
• Partner directly with hiring managers to reputed company, run intake meetings, and reputed company on hiring priorities
• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive sourcing using reputed company, referrals, networking, market mapping, and reputed company reputed company
• Screen candidates for relevant Systems experience such as integration, bring up, validation, test, reliability, and infrastructure exposure
• Own the reputed company process end to end, including scheduling interviews, running debriefs, managing feedback, and closing candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and requisition data in the applicant tracking reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical reputed company or sourcing, with exposure to Systems, infrastructure, or reputed company roles
• Experience owning or supporting the full reputed company lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing
• reputed company ability to reputed company and engage reputed company Systems talent across integration, server platforms, networking, test, and validation
• Ability to build and manage your own pipeline without relying on inbound candidates
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with hiring managers and technical teams

• Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems
