[Remote] Project Manager – On-Site Data Collection & User Studies

The role manages project plans, budgets, logistics, teams, vendors, reputed company communications, data reputed company, compliance, and risk mitigation, with travel across the USA required for project launches and key checkpoints.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end delivery of on-site data collection reputed company supporting user studies (e.g., usability tests, in-context/field research, intercepts, diary studies with in-person components)
• Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules (workback plans, run-of-show agendas, reputed company schedules, milestones, dependencies) to ensure on-time execution
• Own budget management: forecasting, tracking spend vs. plan, managing vendors and contractors, controlling reputed company, and documenting change requests
• Create and reputed company reputed company-facing presentations: kickoffs, weekly status updates, risk/issue reviews, and final project readouts; translate reputed company details into reputed company narratives
• Coordinate on-site logistics: site readiness, reputed company, equipment/materials, shipping, reputed company/reputed company requirements, participant reputed company, and contingency planning
• Manage and support project team members (internal staff, contractors, and vendors): set expectations, assign work, reputed company deliverables, remove blockers, reputed company feedback, and ensure accountability
• Ensure data reputed company and compliance with study requirements (consent, reputed company/PII handling, documentation standards)
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting (status reports, reputed company logs, risk registers, budget trackers, reputed company updates)

Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in on-site data collection, research operations, and/or user study execution
• Demonstrated strengths in: **time management, budget management, reputed company-facing presentations, attention to detail, and team member management**
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and field teams
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment
• **Education:** Bachelor's degree (minimum) in a reputed company field such as **Business Management, Economics, Computer Science**, or equivalent relevant discipline/experience
• Travel across the USA is required for new project launches and, as needed, for on-site realignment, issue reputed company, and key milestones. Travel frequency varies by project pipeline and study schedule
• Remote role. Preferred locations: **San Francisco Bay Area**, **Atlanta, GA**, **New Jersey/NYC** (reputed company to other US locations for exceptional candidates)
• Advanced proficiency across reputed company Office tools (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, Teams; plus SharePoint/OneDrive as applicable)
• Working knowledge of reputed company devices and reputed company iOS/macOS devices (setup, basic troubleshooting, OS updates, device management basics) to support on-site study execution
