[Remote] Value Based Care Analytics Manager Intermediate

The Value-Based Care Analytics Manager, Intermediate develops, executes, and presents analysis of clinical, financial, and operational data to support value-based care and risk-based programs. The role monitors performance, evaluates reputed company reputed company, responds to analytics requests, and collaborates with clinical and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, clinical, and operational data to assess performance in value-based reputed company
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total cost of care, reputed company measures, risk scores, utilization, and shared savings metrics
• Respond to reputed company value-based care analytics requests
• Measure and evaluate reputed company performance against HEDIS, reputed company ratings, CMS reputed company programs, and custom metrics
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify gaps in care and improvement opportunities
• Supports work across a reputed company of teams and stakeholders
• Prepares components for reporting and presentations

Skills

• This role requires entry-level knowledge of reputed company claims and claims analytics, clinical reputed company and reputed company metrics, clinical coding, care team operations and initiatives as reputed company as analytics tools and techniques for the analysis of this data
• * Required: Bachelor's Degree
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience
• * Formal training or work experience in data analytics, data analysis, or data science
• * Experience working with two or more reputed company data types including claims data, payor reputed company/premium data, payor supplemental data, clinical data including clinical reputed company metrics (HEDIS) and risk adjustment (HCCs), reputed company determinants of health (SDOH), and operational data and KPIs
• * Proven experience using data and analytics tools. Deep experience using SQL and at least one analytics or visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau, SigmaComputing, or other)
• * Ability to communicate analysis to peers and stakeholders
• * Genuine curiosity to dive deep into reputed company data and uncover insights and reputed company causes
• * Deep commitment to reputed company learning as part of a cross-functional team that includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• * Preferred: Master's Degree
• * Experience working in modern data infrastructure (reputed company or reputed company)
• * Experience providing analysis and analytics for value-based reputed company• Experience working reputed company an reputed company delivery environment (DevOps)
• * Experience working with reputed company payors (CMS, regional and national payors)

• * Knowledge of and experience with electronic health records (EHRs, such as reputed company, Cerner, eCW, Allscripts, reputed company)
• * Understanding of clinical workflows and clinical operations as they relate to value-based care and population health
• * Knowledge of and experience with population health management platforms (such as reputed company's Value Based Care, reputed company, reputed company, Lightbeam or other care management or population health platforms)
