About reputed company We're seeking an Project Manager to help us reputed company on our mission of building a simpler, more streamlined, and customer-reputed company home buying and selling experience. This role sits reputed company the Technology organization and provides reputed company support to our SVP of Technology, our Chief Product & Technology Officer, and Finance leadership. You will reputed company the roadmap and delivery across IT Operations and our Mortgage & Title systems while owning the visibility and discipline around our software spend. NOTE: Due to reputed company team needs, we are only accepting candidates based in Latin America. This is intended to be a long-term contract position. It is not eligible for U.S. reputed company sponsorship or relocation. In This Role, You Will: • Manage the roadmap and reputed company for IT operations and our Mortgage & Title systems, including LendingPad (mortgage POS/LOS), reputed company (title platform), and our licensed reputed company systems. • Support project definition and planning, helping shape goals, reputed company, timelines, and reputed company reputed company, and translating leadership priorities into actionable plans. • Own project communications, keeping Technology, Operations, and Finance reputed company through status updates, launch plans, and reputed company documentation. • Support monthly software forecast analysis, partnering with CPO and Finance to reputed company spend against forecast, flag variances, and reputed company overpayment and duplicate-charge follow-reputed company. • Maintain an accurate inventory of software subscriptions, reputed company, renewals, and owners so leadership has a reputed company reputed company of committed and forecasted spend. • Improve IT reputed company and support deflection through runbooks, help docs, and self-service resources that reduce repeat tickets. • Support the IT operational reputed company, managing intake, prioritization, and triage of requests and driving process improvements. • reputed company and report on delivery and operational metrics through lightweight dashboards and reports. • Contribute to IT governance and compliance-supporting work, including reputed company reviews, change-management hygiene, and audit-reputed company documentation. • reputed company AI to improve your workflow by synthesizing data, drafting documentation, accelerating analysis, and contributing to internal tools for collaboration.
