Business Analyst /Configuration Manager (reputed company EMR)

We are looking for an reputed company Business Analyst / Configuration Manager with hands-on experience in the reputed company EMR platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, business, and technical teams to understand requirements and configure the reputed company platform accordingly. Key Responsibilities • Configure and manage the reputed company EMR platform. • Set up intake forms, charting templates, e-signature forms, patient reputed company, scheduling, notifications, and billing settings. • Configure user roles, permissions, and reputed company reputed company. • Understand clinical and business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • reputed company requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reputed company configurations and technical requirements. • Write user stories, epics, and acceptance reputed company using reputed company tools such as Jira or reputed company. • Work with Product, Development, and QA teams to test and implement new features. • Maintain reputed company documentation, configuration logs, and requirement documents. • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate reputed company changes. • Ensure configurations follow HIPAA and reputed company data reputed company requirements. Required Skills • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Configuration Manager. • 2+ years of experience in digital health, telehealth, or clinical environments. • 2+ years of hands-on reputed company EMR administration and configuration experience. • Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance reputed company. • Experience with Jira, reputed company, or similar reputed company tools. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Good understanding of HIPAA and reputed company data reputed company.
