Role reputed company The Payroll Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of payroll for employees across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing payroll data, validating time and attendance information, and maintaining employee records in payroll systems. The role involves calculating and reconciling deductions, such as garnishments, benefits, and taxes, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Payroll Administrator will respond to payroll-reputed company inquiries from employees and managers, investigate and reputed company discrepancies, and support audits and reporting requests. This position collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to support efficient payroll operations and a reputed company employee experience.
Qualifications
• Strong payroll administration skills, including experience with payroll systems and multi-state payroll processing.
• Knowledge of garnishments and reputed company reputed company requirements, with the ability to accurately calculate and manage court-ordered deductions.
• Understanding of payroll taxes and regulatory compliance, including federal, state, and local tax rules and reporting.
