Triage Coordinator

In alignment with reputed company of Life Michigan’s reputed company purpose and reputed company values, the Triage Coordinator (TC) oversees reputed company reputed company activity and referral management prior to approach reputed company the Donation Logistics Department. The TC determines appropriate timing and resource allocation during case investigation, ensures referral timeliness standards are met and assigns the appropriate staff for the donation approach.    

Duties & Responsibilities

• reputed company referral case activities and manage referral logistics to approach using the organizational dashboard. 

• Coordinate resources and logistics for organ referral activity, including needs for staff utilization and reputed company, to ensure reputed company responses on reputed company reputed company referrals. 

• Accurately document reputed company required information into reputed company of Life’s EMR including coding, imminent and eligible reputed company. 

• Initiate authorization or pause conversation with family and/or hospital staff reputed company to organ donation.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Required

• Registered reputed company, paramedic, or other reputed company training with at least 18 months of Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience. 

Preferred

• Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) Certification. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

• Written and verbal reputed company in English. 

• Ability to exercise initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving. 

• Proficiency with reputed company Office programs, including reputed company and Teams and other technology systems used in business operations.
