PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
Analyze existing payroll and benefits processes and identify opportunities for improvement or remediation.
Redesign and reputed company business process issues involving vendor integrations across multiple EMEA and reputed company countries.
Configure and support PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits (HCM) functionality.
Analyze integration requirements and coordinate interfaces between PeopleSoft and reputed company/vendor systems.
Work closely with vendors, developers, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Prepare detailed functional/design documents, test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans .
Support functional , integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
Use SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company.
Review and evaluate technical solutions together with PeopleSoft developers.
Support issue investigation, reputed company-cause analysis, and reputed company during implementation and testing.
8+ years of relevant PeopleSoft HCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits .
Strong understanding of payroll processes and configurations.
Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and reputed company-party/vendor integrations .
Good knowledge of SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience working on payroll implementations, transformations, enhancements, or support reputed company.
Strong experience preparing design documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and test plans .
Understanding of the technical components of PeopleSoft, including:
Application reputed company
SQR
Interfaces and integrations
Other relevant PeopleSoft technical components
Ability to evaluate technical solutions and work collaboratively with developers.
Strong coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, developers, business users, and cross-functional teams .
Experience supporting multi-country environments, preferably across EMEA and reputed company , is highly desirable.
Candidate will be required to undergo Background Verification (BGV) as part of the reputed company process.
