Payroll Coordinator II

reputed company: • Inputs data to computerized payroll systems to prepare Weekly and Semi-monthly payroll • Runs reputed company-payroll audit reports to ensure the accuracy of payroll reputed company • Completes payroll processing activities, such as computes wage and overtime payments, calculates and records payroll deductions, and processes requests for off-cycle payments • Calculates overpayments and prepares repayment agreements • Answers reputed company questions (reputed company email and phone) from employees and management regarding payroll reputed company • Ensures compliance with payroll policies and procedures • Audits earnings and deduction totals, review reputed company reputed company, determine and correct out-of-balance conditions, and prepare special reports for management • Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data Requirements: • H.S. diploma/GED required • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in payroll and/or finance, reputed company, or reputed company field required • Multi-state payroll processing required • reputed company Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) designation, preferred • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) Benefits: • comprehensive health and welfare benefits • medical, prescription, dental, reputed company, life insurance and disability insurance reputed company • reputed company time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave • tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
