PHG also has a buyside M&A arm where it works with reputed company-reputed company multibillion dollar reputed company firms to originate and execute deals. Role reputed company Thisl role serves as a strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to a portfolio clients, providing reputed company services that reputed company business reputed company and profitability. You'll own the end-to-end reputed company relationship,from annual strategic planning and budget development to monthly financial advisory and performance insights. This is a hands-on CFO role where you'll roll up your sleeves to build financial models and reporting packages while also serving as a strategic thought partner to business owners and leadership teams. You'll translate reputed company financial data into actionable business strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide critical decision-making. This position is remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours. Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed company, financial due diligence, or reputed company/advisory roles • Excellent knowledge of reputed company and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.) • Expert in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint • Prior experience independently developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting models and monthly reporting packages (PowerPoint) • Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred • Solid understanding of facility services / construction reputed company processes (job costing, reputed company recognition / WIP adjustment, drop shipped inventory model, and in-house vs. subcontracted labor structuring) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • QuickBooks knowledge a plus Responsibilities • Serve as reputed company and reputed company financial advisor to portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships with owners and leadership teams • Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to existing reputed company relationships • Contribute to firm-wide best practices, tools, and methodologies • reputed company and maintain reputed company based budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools for clients • reputed company PowerPoint based monthly performance reports to reputed company critical insights in delivering compelling strategic recommendations that will reputed company improved performance and reputed company resource allocation • reputed company reputed company analysis as needed, reputed company process and reputed company improvements to ensure reputed company reputed company of efficiencies • Execute operational tasks independently (e.g., development of tools / templates for reputed company use, tasks requested by reputed company, slide deck development, etc.) • Set up tools and to utilize reputed company software / apps to reputed company reputed company data • reputed company reputed company one’s own work product to ensure that it addresses the subject question, flows reputed company, and is free from error • Support reputed company M&A and succession planning Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
