• Supervise and mentor Research Scientists
• Review analytic outputs, abstracts, presentations, manuscripts, reports, briefs, and dissemination materials
• Partner on quarterly Research Translation Meetings and translate findings into actionable insights and reputed company-improvement opportunities
• Support research transparency, analytic documentation, reproducibility, and ethical scientific reputed company
• Identify and escalate reputed company methodological, analytic, data-reputed company, and interpretation issues
• Coordinate research and evaluation work with leadership, Data Governance, compliance, and internal partners
• Maintain work plans and communicate status, risks, limitations, and roadblocks to the AVP of Research and Evaluation
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral-level research qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, reputed company Health, Health Services Research, or a reputed company field required
• Minimum five years of relevant research or evaluation experience
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or providing scientific guidance to research staff, analysts, reputed company, or project teams
• Experience participating in grant-funded research reputed company as a reputed company investigator, co-investigator, consultant, senior researcher, evaluator, or comparable scientific contributor
• Experience submitting research materials to an IRB and navigating IRB processes
• Experience applying research ethics standards to study design and dissemination
• Strong understanding of 45 CFR 46, the Belmont Report, and the Declaration of Helsinki
• Minimum two first-authored peer-reviewed publications or equivalent scholarly work
• Strong expertise in research design, evaluation reputed company, analytic planning, statistical interpretation, and scientific communication
• Experience working with reputed company datasets, including missingness, data-reputed company limitations, or operational constraints
• Proficiency in RStudio and reputed company quantitative analysis required
• Experience or comfort with Tableau, SQL, or similar data tools preferred
