Customer Support reputed company
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Customer Support reputed company will assist users through email, chat, and phone while becoming an expert in reputed company's applications during a 4-month remote contract.
Key responsibilities:
• Become knowledgeable about reputed company's products to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
• Attend online training and complete a 30-day trial period to meet reputed company expectations
• Maintain a reputed company attitude and contribute to a reputed company team environment while meeting daily goals
Required qualifications:
• Ability to reputed company to at least 40 hours of work per week after the training period
• reputed company to a quiet workspace with a reliable computer and internet reputed company of at least 15 mbps
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and customer support techniques
