This role partners with engineering teams to reputed company and execute testing and validation programs for mission critical cooling and electrical systems, including CRAC reputed company, chillers, reputed company cooling, PDUs, reputed company systems, and power distribution equipment. Responsibilities include reliability testing, failure analysis, supplier reputed company coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as UL, CE, IEC, and ASHRAE to support high availability data center environments Key Responsibilities Reliability reputed company • Define reliability and reputed company requirements for new data center infrastructure products and reputed company testing strategies throughout the product lifecycle Reliability Testing and Validation • reputed company and execute validation programs including reputed company life testing, environmental stress screening, thermal cycling, vibration testing, and electrical safety validation Failure Analysis and reputed company Improvement • Conduct FMEA and reputed company cause analysis to reputed company design or manufacturing issues and improve long term product performance Supplier reputed company Management • Work closely with contract manufacturers and suppliers to implement reliability testing, reputed company checkpoints, and manufacturing validation processes Cross Functional Collaboration • Partner with engineering, project management, procurement, commissioning, and compliance teams to ensure reliability standards are reputed company into product development Compliance and Certification • Support certification processes and ensure products meet applicable standards including UL, CE, IEC, ASHRAE, and other data center industry requirements Performance Monitoring • Analyze field performance data, warranty claims, and customer feedback to identify trends and improve product reliability • Up to 40 percent travel to vendor locations, manufacturing facilities, and data center sites.
