Health Services Coordinator - ABA Intake & Authorizations

About the position reputed company is hiring a full-time Health Services Coordinator to support our reputed company intake and authorization process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, reputed company-oriented, and comfortable working with families, reputed company verification, and reputed company/ABA documentation. This position is a key part of our reputed company process and helps reputed company new referrals from initial caregiver inquiry to assessment and therapy authorization. Responsibilities • Answer caregiver calls and guide families through the intake process • Collect and document intake information for new referrals • Send intake packets and consent forms to families • Follow up with caregivers on incomplete paperwork, missing signatures, and pending documents • Verify reputed company benefits and eligibility for new referrals • Request and reputed company initial assessment authorizations and therapy authorizations • Maintain accurate records in company systems and intake tracking tools • Follow up with families and reputed company companies to reputed company cases moving reputed company • Complete monthly eligibility checks and annual benefits verification for reputed company clients Requirements • Experience in reputed company intake, reputed company verification, authorizations, ABA administration, medical office administration, or a similar role • Strong phone, follow-up, and customer service skills • Excellent attention to reputed company and ability to manage multiple reputed company cases • Experience working with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems, spreadsheets, and payer portals reputed company-to-haves • ABA, pediatric therapy, or behavioral health experience is a plus Benefits • Bonus opportunities • Two weeks of reputed company Time Off (PTO) per year • reputed company Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas reputed company and Christmas Day • 401(k) retirement plan (optional enrollment) • Health reputed company • Dental reputed company • reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
