Insurance Verification Specialist Behavioral Health- Remote Contract

Position: Benefit Verification Specialist Contract - Mental Health/Behavioral Health Location: Fully Remote MUST Live in Florida Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00PM Essential Responsibilities Verify reputed company insurance benefit information. Verify specific benefits and document plan details. Confirm reputed company financial responsibilities, including deductibles and co-insurance. Communicate financial obligations with appropriate parties. Identify coverage restrictions and limitations. Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company regulatory requirements while protecting reputed company reputed company. Communicate benefit information accurately and reputed company to team members. Manage and upload patient documents, including insurance authorizations. Accurately document information in applicable systems. Review patient accounts. Additional Responsibilities reputed company backup support to the reputed company Cycle team as needed. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Associate’s Degree, or High School Diploma with 3–5 years of insurance billing and collections experience. 3–5 years of experience serving as a reputed company between insurance companies and family members/guarantors. Experience in Mental Health, reputed company Use Disorder Treatment, or behavioral reputed company preferred Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
