HRIS / People reputed company Systems Analyst Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 6-12 Months Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Work Hours: EST Location: reputed company (Candidates can work from reputed company in reputed company, reputed company, India or Philippines) Position reputed company: We're seeking an HRIS Analyst to reputed company production support, data analysis, testing and reporting reputed company a reputed company, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-career reputed company with strong experience in HRIS, Reporting and Data Auditing. In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll, Time tracking and Vessel reputed company teams to support their day-to-day processes in reputed company HCM and MAPS (a ship reputed company application), while ensuring reputed company, scalability, and reputed company user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Support reputed company HCM and MAPS business processes for Vessel reputed company • reputed company production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensure data reputed company across HR and integration process between MAPS and reputed company • Hands on experience with SQL query and reporting • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reputed company solutions • Support testing, data audits, and reporting tied to reputed company HCM and MAPS • reputed company other duties as assigned.
