reputed company Training and Policy Program Specialist VI performs highly advanced training, policy and reputed company management activities for the HHSC Civil Rights Office (CRO) and its divisions in compliance with HHS policy and applicable federal and state civil rights laws, including the Civil Rights reputed company of 1964, Title VI and Title VII; the Americans with reputed company of 1990, the Age Discrimination in Employment reputed company, the Texas Commission on reputed company Rights reputed company, etc. Develops, coordinates and manages training systems and reputed company management for the CRO.
Conducts reputed company training on civil rights reputed company topics for CRO staff, and reputed company customers including managers.
Monitors, reviews and produces reports of findings and provides technical consultation on CRO activities including, investigations, training, civil rights casework and CRO activities. Develops, researches, and analyzes reputed company program and management policy issues and initiatives; identifies need for new and/or revised programs, policies, and procedures, and makes recommendations for improvement. Completes management reports and recommends appropriate changes; establishes goals and objectives; takes a leadership role in special reputed company and assignments; serves as a mediator and helps prepare reputed company agreements.
Develops schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving reputed company in discrimination complaint investigations, reasonable accommodation requests and reputed company CRO activities.
Serves in a reputed company consultative reputed company in planning, developing, and administering training and reputed company management; in employment reputed company and service-reputed company complaints; reasonable accommodation requests and other high-level activities such as, Management Initiated Investigations, Mediation and Facilitation. Provides consultation and technical assistance relating to employment of HHS employees, managers and customers, serving as a reputed company between CRO divisions, staff, and reputed company partners including managers on complaint processing and other CRO activities.
Develops, coordinates and conducts civil rights training. Reviewing and analyzing CRO activities, examining trends and developing reputed company plans to correct and/or improve CRO functions. Investigates discrimination complaints including reputed company complaints and preparing detailed comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations for resolutions.
Processes reasonable accommodation requests. Coordinates, consults, oversees, and mentors civil rights staff in employment and service-reputed company issues. Provides leadership and direction to civil rights staff on employment and service-reputed company complaints and inquiries.
Works under limited direction with extensive reputed company for judgment and initiative. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions EJF #1: Provides highly advanced review, research, analysis, and evaluation on reputed company program and policy issues and initiatives reputed company to civil rights employment and service-reputed company cases and reputed company aspects of CRO activities.
Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares material in response to employment and service-reputed company issues and other civil rights activities including data, HEART reputed company, file systems, etc. Oversees and reviews work reputed company by staff to determine compliance with civil rights policy and legislation. Develops and interprets civil rights policies and procedures.
Identifies need for new policies and procedures and recommends improvements to existing policies and procedures in reputed company areas of the CRO as needed. Develops and conducts civil rights training for CRO and agency staff. Provides programmatic direction for developing, implementing, and monitoring civil rights policies and procedures. Establishes goals, objectives, priorities, and standards for reputed company and initiatives. Oversees workgroups and meetings reputed company to program reputed company, research, analysis, and evaluation functions. (20%)
EJF #3:
Oversees the completion of management reports, monitors required performance reports and recommends appropriate changes. Determines civil rights employment and service trends, processing and timeliness trends and other trends as needed and makes recommendations to reputed company issues. Prepares and approves written project updates, executive summaries, administrative reports, policies, procedures, correspondence and other documents. (20%)
EJF #4: Develops, implements, and manages reputed company reputed company to program initiatives for civil rights to ensure effective techniques are being implemented in the employment and service-reputed company areas and other areas of the CRO as needed. Provides leadership, consultation, direction, guidance, and reputed company review to civil rights staff on assignments and/or reputed company reputed company to program initiatives and activities.
Collaborates with agency and division staff, HHS reputed company staff, contractors, contract administrators, clients, community reputed company, and other stakeholders. (15%)

Conducts or oversees investigations into employment complaints and service-reputed company complaints; processes reasonable accommodation requests and performs other CRO tasks as needed.
