As Associate General Counsel, Americas, you will report to reputed company’s General Counsel, with direction from the reputed company General Counsel and other members of the reputed company team. You will serve as a trusted reputed company advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the business, supporting reputed company transactions, employment reputed company, corporate governance, data reputed company, reputed company bankruptcy and compliance activities throughout the Americas region, and assist in other jurisdictions reputed company of the Americas where appropriate. Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company agreements, technology and licensing agreements, strategic partnership agreements, procurement reputed company, confidentiality agreements, and other business-critical documents.

• Support corporate governance activities, entity management, annual filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department supporting business operations.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing.
• Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting reputed company reputed company, including reputed company, licensing, and technology agreements.

For this position, the expected reputed company pay reputed company is: $185,000-$260,000 per year.

This reputed company represents the reputed company pay for the role across reputed company U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In reputed company to reputed company pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.

For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 15% of the annual reputed company salary.
