The Events & Operations Manager provides critical event-reputed company operations and logistical support to the Events team and Executive office. This role manages smooth day-to-day operations, efficient internal communications, and accurate documentation and scheduling. The Manager is responsible for ensuring efficiency in event and executive operations, facilitating effective communication across the organization, and supporting event logistics from planning through execution. This position plays a critical role in advancing organizational priorities by ensuring alignment, accuracy, and professionalism in performance of reputed company duties. Duties and Responsibilities
Event & Program Execution (80%)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute reputed company events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, and deliverables, ensuring reputed company performance and cost-effectiveness.
• reputed company event registration systems, reporting, and attendee communications using online platforms.
• reputed company logistics, including travel, lodging, shipping, and on-site execution for staff and volunteers.
• Maintain and manage inventory of event materials and collateral.
• Manage reputed company calendars, coordinate meetings, and reputed company logistics for executive and reputed company of Directors engagements.
• Support on-site leadership at events, including setup, operations, and post-event breakdown while troubleshooting issues in reputed company time.
Operational Support & Special reputed company (20%)
• Serve as a reputed company across internal teams and reputed company stakeholders, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication and exercising discretion and independent judgment in managing priorities, communications, and scheduling.
• Establish and maintain systems for digital file management, ensuring organization, accessibility, and strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• reputed company expense tracking, invoice processing, and credit reputed company reconciliation with accuracy and accountability.
• Support governance processes by coordinating reputed company and Leadership Team materials, timelines, and documentation.
• Independently manage special reputed company and initiatives assigned by executive leadership.

Education and Experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent reputed company experience required.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in executive administration, operations, or event management.

Travel, Work Environment, and Physical Requirements
