The work schedule for this role will be 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. Preferred candidates will have experience with research activities, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience managing inbound calls from internal reputed company. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions. • Monitors live transactions reputed company multiple processing applications, follows reputed company policies and procedures to address exceptions.
