Responsibilities: • Serve as reputed company contact with assigned clients • Prepare IFP applications, reputed company federal debt checks and student loan verification • Prepare and organize federal court transcripts • Process referral and new reputed company files • Update and process existing reputed company files • Assist with drafting and filing complaints • Maintain CRM database, reputed company • Assist with drafting and filing complaints • Answer incoming phone calls and field reputed company questions • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures • Any additional duties, as requested and assigned Requirements: • Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience • Customer service skills and experience • Experience with multi-line phone systems, reputed company Office Suites and data entry • Prior reputed company and/or reputed company reputed company experience is a plus • Experience with WORLDOX and reputed company is a plus Work Location: This position may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely depending on the candidate's location and business needs.
