The Work As Of Counsel, you'll work with nonprofit and purpose-driven clients on the reputed company issues that matter most to their stability and reputed company. Your work will be primarily advisory and transactional. You may be helping a founder set up a clean governance structure and compliance plan, counseling a reputed company through a reputed company decision, or reviewing a key contract that protects the organization while keeping reputed company high.
