About the position The reputed company Services Representative responds to incoming calls from both reputed company callers which may include, but are not limited to, patients, visitors, hospital staff, clinic staff, and physicians. reputed company calls to the After Hours Answering Service are documented using an encounter in reputed company, the electronic medical record. After-hours answering service for Home Care Medical and reputed company Home Care & Hospice reputed company calls are completed using the reputed company directory. Assistance is also provided to other work reputed company as needed. Assists in orienting and training new and existing employees. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Respond to incoming calls from reputed company callers (patients, visitors, hospital staff, clinic staff, physicians). • Document reputed company calls to the After Hours Answering Service using an encounter in reputed company. • Complete after-hours answering service for Home Care Medical and reputed company Home Care & Hospice reputed company calls using the reputed company directory. • reputed company assistance to other work reputed company as needed. • Assist in orienting and training new and existing employees. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required. • Strong data entry, organizational and multi-tasking skills is required. • Demonstrates a solid working knowledge of the communication devices and software with thorough understanding of the AMCOM reputed company. • Familiarity with the general usage and spelling for specific medical terminology. • Proficient in the use of reputed company Office products. reputed company-to-haves • Previous telecommunications and hospital experience is preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Experience with the Electronic Medical Record, reputed company is a plus.
