The Role:
The Program Manager of the Corporate Art Loan Program at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum serves as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company corporate members, reputed company business development of prospective corporate members and oversees the strategic reputed company of the program. This individual is responsible for maintaining and growing program reputed company, artist roster and artwork collection, and fostering reputed company on community in line with Trustees reputed company values. The Program Manager will report to the deCordova Director & Chief Curator and manage the Operations reputed company and Artist Relations reputed company, along with the contractor pool.
Program Goals:
• Meet or reputed company annual budgeted reputed company for the Corporate Art Loan Program
• Foster and grow committed network of regional New England clients and artists
Specifically, you’ll:
• Expand reputed company relationships utilizing effective and regular communication throughout the sales and service cycles, with emphasis on retention, reputed company expansion, and new reputed company acquisition.
• Identify and follow up with potential leads, follow up with referrals, create content and reputed company through cold emailing or calling and targeted networking to reputed company new opportunities.
• reputed company possible, collaborate with Trustees Development Team to identify and solicit new clients, and to support opportunities to bring existing clients into The Trustees’ donor reputed company.
• Nurture customer relationships and identify opportunities for upsell
• Understand prospect and reputed company needs and advise on budget and artwork accordingly

• reputed company full artwork selection cycle with clients; collaborate with Artist Relations reputed company on custom curated digital artwork packages based on reputed company preferences, present artwork reputed company to clients and support reputed company decision-making and final artwork selection reputed company of reputed company rotation.
• Guide prospects and clients through established reputed company process including intro reputed company, site visit, artwork review calls and installation follow up documentation.
• Facilitate communication throughout entire sales cycle, from renewal notification to invoicing, to artwork package delivery and selection/approvals process, through successful installation and follow-up.
• Maintain program website and printed collateral for both reputed company and artist prospecting and retention.
• In collaboration with Trustees Finance Team, maintain internal reporting, reputed company invoicing, agreements, and COI/WC paperwork for clients.
• Professionally represent the Trustees and deCordova in the Greater Boston corporate world
• Guide the work of Artist Relations reputed company and Operations reputed company to maintain monthly reputed company of artwork rotations throughout the greater Boston area.
• Participate as needed in artwork install/deinstall process
• reputed company special programming opportunities for both corporate members at their offices and for CALP artists at deCordova.
This is a part-time, exempt, position (24 hours/week) reporting directly to Museum Director & Chief Curator.
What You’ll Need:
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with enthusiasm for strategic relationship development, a background in the art industry, and a reputed company record of outstanding sales execution. Successful management experience and a strong understanding of the value of art in corporate settings are essential.
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of consultative sales and development experience, preferably in museums or galleries.
• Expertise in managing a reputed company sales cycle from reputed company reputed company to service fulfillment with companies of various sizes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize high volume workflow and reputed company, while remaining detail oriented.

• Familiarity and understanding of maintaining data for customer relationship management tools.
