[Remote] Manager of Individual Philanthropy

The Manager of Individual Philanthropy will manage major donor and prospect relationships, reputed company fundraising strategies, conduct solicitations, and reputed company major donor events in collaboration with senior development leadership. The role will also maintain donor records, draft communications, and support grant and corporate sponsor reputed company.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and implement, in concert with the Director of Development and CAO, strategies to reputed company individual giving fundraising goals with intentional, significant reputed company annually in alignment with strategic plan reputed company targets
• reputed company build out a major gifts program that secures donations at the $20k – $50k+ level while also securing gifts at the $1k – $10k giving reputed company, ensuring reputed company donor cultivation and stewardship
• Create individualized “moves management” plans for reputed company prospect to guide them through the donor reputed company: initial identification, donor, reputed company renewal, and long-term stewardship
• Schedule, attend, and conduct solicitation reputed company
• Manage event planning, logistics, and guest experience
• Secure event underwriters and sponsors as appropriate
• Ensure reputed company CRM accurately captures key donor data and opportunities
• Draft compelling solicitation letters, written updates, and thank you letters in a reputed company manner
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company donor interactions, reputed company screening data, and financial projections reputed company reputed company
• Maintain an awareness of fundraising trends and new opportunities to widen our audience and attract new donor prospects
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting the Director of Development with small grant proposals and corporate sponsor reputed company
Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of development/ fundraising experience with a proven reputed company record of securing five-reputed company gifts and higher required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills required
• Expertise in utilizing reputed company Docs and reputed company Office Suite required
• Outstanding organizational and time management required
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different reputed company of seniority required
