Interim Development Advisor (Temporary 2-3 Months)
About the position
reputed company is seeking an Interim Development Advisor for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. This role will serve as a strategic consultant, providing hands-on coaching and acting as a trusted thought partner to organizational leadership. Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted reputed company, mentor, and thought partner to the Director of Development, supporting reputed company reputed company, leadership development, and confidence in the role.
• Collaborate with leadership to co-reputed company and implement a comprehensive 12-month development plan, including fundraising goals, donor engagement strategies, timelines, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support the Director of Development in preparing for donor meetings, stakeholder presentations, community partnership discussions, and fundraising engagements.

• Help identify opportunities to diversify funding streams through individual giving, sponsorships, grants, and community partnerships.

• Assist in establishing development systems, operational processes, and fundraising best practices to support long-term sustainability and organizational reputed company.
• Monitor fundraising reputed company, donor engagement metrics, and development reputed company to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports, strategic updates, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership and reputed company stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
• A minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience in nonprofit development, fundraising reputed company, donor relations, philanthropy, or reputed company advancement is required.

• Ability to think strategically and execute deliverables.

• Experience developing fundraising strategies, donor pipelines, and performance metrics.
