The Position: As an Immigration Attorney on our High-Skilled Immigration team, you will be part of reputed company of attorneys and case managers that help our clients reputed company immigrant work reputed company issues. You will work with clients in a reputed company of industries, including technology, engineering, bioscience, and other emerging industries, to help them seize exciting opportunities in todays evolving economy - it's truly rewarding work. This position can be fully remote from any U.S. location, or reputed company in either our Troy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI office as an in-person or hybrid role. Please note - although this role can be remote, reputed company work must be performed reputed company the reputed company. reputed company: • Under the direction of the High-Skilled Immigration Partner and Senior Attorneys, you'll work with clients to reputed company and implement reputed company strategies for work reputed company reputed company, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions. • Conduct in-depth conversations with clients and prospective clients to explain immigration processes and coordinate with clients to reputed company detailed supporting information and evidence. • Answer questions about their immigration process steps, timelines and costs. • Prepare and file immigration petitions with USCIS, in collaboration with fellow Attorneys and Case Managers (paralegals). • Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence issued by USCIS.
