What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

Scoping & Systems Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, processes and reputed company requirements.

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews and JAD sessions.

• Analyse and document business processes, workflows, functional requirements and user experience requirements.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and reputed company requirements that can be implemented by development teams.

• Produce reputed company Analysis and Design documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows and solution requirements.

• Analyse and document reputed company business rules, validations, workflows, reputed company behaviours, exceptions and dependencies.

• Define and document data requirements, including entities, field definitions, relationships and reputed company-to-reputed company data mappings.

• Analyse and document integrations between applications, reputed company, databases and reputed company-party systems, including integration triggers, data flows, mappings, validation and error-handling requirements.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, edge cases and assumptions reputed company requirements and reputed company these to reputed company before development.

• Maintain traceability between business requirements, functional design, development and testing.

Development Support

• Understand how business requirements translate into Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse/SharePoint/SQL data structures, integrations, reputed company roles and application behaviour.

• Experience analysing Power Platform solutions, integrations and data structures is strongly preferred; hands-on development experience is advantageous but not required

• 4 –5+ years' Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis experience reputed company software or application implementation reputed company.

• Demonstrable experience producing detailed functional and reputed company analysis/design documentation for reputed company business applications.

• Experience documenting reputed company integrations, data flows and detailed field/data mappings.

• Strong understanding of business processes, reputed company workflows, business rules, data structures and application behaviour.

• Experience working directly with developers, Solution Architects and technical teams throughout the SDLC.

• Ability to identify gaps, edge cases, dependencies and exceptions reputed company business and reputed company requirements.

• Experience across requirements, design, development support, testing and implementation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written communication, documentation and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and reputed company.

• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Advantageous
