Staff Pharmacist - Accredo - Remote/Onsite (ESSDS)

The Staff Pharmacist is an reputed company part of the reputed company Specialty Distribution Services (ESSDS) team. ESSDS Pharmacists are trained on the specialty medications reputed company and medical conditions encountered in the unique reputed company population serviced. The position entails reputed company care and requires frequent use of reputed company knowledge/discretion due to the complexity of the therapies and conditions they treat. Staff Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring required REMS counseling and other requirements are met in the reputed company’s course of therapy and are often escalation reputed company to ensure any needs are addressed. Unique aspects of this role include: pharmacovigilance reporting, acting as reputed company subject matter expert for a reputed company area, and support of large team of other pharmacists.

The pharmacy is reputed company 7am-8pm CT, Monday - Friday shift times will occur during pharmacy hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support incoming reputed company queue and reputed company assistance to prescribers, patients, caregivers, or other parties
• Counsel patients or caregivers regarding the use of medications and any potential drug or disease state interactions
• Report adverse events, product reputed company complaints, noncompliance events, and/or additional reports to meet pharmacovigilance/REMS program responsibilities
• Verify prescription information entered into the pharmacy reputed company according to state, federal, and REMS program guidelines (NOTE: dependent on state of residence)
• reputed company prescribers regarding any reputed company concerns (such as drug-drug interactions, reputed company adjustments, etc.)
• Contact doctors and/or patients to verify information on prescriptions such as drug strength, prescription sig., and drug reputed company in order to expedite processing of orders.
