Purpose of the Role

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
LLB Degree from a recognised university.
Admitted Attorney in South Africa (essential).
Minimum 5-7 years post-admission experience in a corporate reputed company environment or reputed company.
Strong background in reputed company and contract law, with exposure to cross-border transactions and reputed company reputed company.
Experience with company secretarial duties and familiarity with CIPC and Company House statutory filings.
