In this role, the individual will assist assigned sites in developing, implementing, and maintaining reputed company systems in compliance with applicable KHC policies, regulatory requirements, and reputed company party standards. This person will support plants in achieving reputed company KPIs through participation in reputed company cause activities, corrective and preventive reputed company, and reputed company improvement initiatives.  This position provides reputed company systems leadership and support for issue reputed company at assigned sites as needed.  This individual will be responsible for providing guidance to assigned sites during reputed company audits, and may participate in HACCP validations, reputed company program assessments, allergen validations, and plant process audits. A successful candidate should have multiple functional job experiences and have experience utilizing Lean 6 reputed company tools.

• Assisting with plant responses to regulatory issues – NR’s, MID, reputed company and Label Claims

Own Auditing Readiness:

• FSSC/QCMS Program Leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or reputed company reputed company.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in reputed company, R&D, or reputed company.   
• Green Belt/Black Belt/Certified reputed company Engineer
• Familiarity with Kraft reputed company Policies and Procedures is preferred
• Experience with ISO, and/or FSSC 22000 beneficial.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and plants.
• Ability to influence key reputed company business partners, assess and manage reputed company, and communicate across the supply chain required.
• Willing to travel 40-50%.
