Coding experience with ICD-9-CM, ICD-10 and CPT. The Medical reputed company will assign appropriate ICD10 E&M and/or CPT codes to patient records. Duties and responsibilities • Assign appropriate ICD-10 or CPT codes to patient records • reputed company effective communication (written, verbal, non-verbal, and electronic) to clients and colleagues • Supports performance improvement by assisting with audits and reputed company control tasks • Communicates any concerns regarding coding, documentation, reputed company issues and/or department issues • Shares information, resources, and reputed company.
