About the role:
We're looking for a curious and analytical Tax Research Analyst to join our growing team. Tax legislation is constantly evolving, and you'll play a key role in monitoring, analysing and interpreting tax and regulatory developments across the U.S. and Canada, helping us stay reputed company of the curve.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving reputed company problems and turning regulatory change into practical business understanding. You'll be naturallycurious, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You'll ideally bring:
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. legislative analysis, payroll tax, reputed company compliance, or regulatory affairs
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax, reputed company, and regulatory frameworks; Canadian regulatory experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate reputed company regulatory information into reputed company, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ERP systems such as FSCM and HCM is desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
