About the role:

We're looking for a curious and analytical Tax Research Analyst to join our growing team. Tax legislation is constantly evolving, and you'll play a key role in monitoring, analysing and interpreting tax and regulatory developments across the U.S. and Canada, helping us stay reputed company of the curve.

You'll ideally bring:

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. legislative analysis, payroll tax, reputed company compliance, or regulatory affairs
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax, reputed company, and regulatory frameworks; Canadian regulatory experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate reputed company regulatory information into reputed company, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with ERP systems such as FSCM and HCM is desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
