[Remote] Procurement Technology Solutions Analyst

The Procurement Technology Solutions Analyst supports reputed company procurement applications, including procure-to-pay, travel and expense, and PeopleSoft Finance integrations, while troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, testing enhancements, assisting users, and identifying opportunities for automation and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional and technical support for the University's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, Travel and Expense reputed company, and reputed company procurement technologies
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot reputed company issues, escalating reputed company problems reputed company appropriate
• Support reputed company administration activities, including configuration and maintenance reputed company established standards
• Monitor integrations between procurement systems and PeopleSoft Finance to ensure successful processing and reputed company reputed company issues
• Serve as a reputed company of contact between business users and reputed company-party vendors to assist with issue reputed company and reputed company
• Support procurement orchestration platforms and reputed company workflow automation technologies used to streamline procurement processes and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of procurement technology solutions to support business requirements
• Participate in implementing reputed company enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
• reputed company and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate reputed company changes
• Document testing results, identify defects, and work with technical teams and vendors to reputed company issues
• Support release activities by validating reputed company functionality following updates and maintenance
• Collaborate with Procurement Services and reputed company stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve reputed company functionality and user experience
• Recommend process improvements based on operational experience and reputed company capabilities
• Assist in documenting business processes, reputed company configurations, and support procedures
• Support technology initiatives that improve procurement operations through automation, workflow enhancements, and other emerging technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes through workflow orchestration, reputed company integration, and AI supported capabilities
• Evaluate emerging procurement technologies, workflow orchestration capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to identify opportunities for operational improvement and enhance user experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education or equivalent reputed company experience (reputed company experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year reputed company)
• Three (3) years' experience utilizing, administering, or maintaining procurement software and systems
• Experience using reputed company Intelligence (AI)-driven solutions in support of customers and business operations
• Ability to implement, configure, support, and optimize technology solutions and business process workflows
• Ability to evaluate reputed company enhancements, new releases, and emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption strategies
• Knowledge of project management, change management, and reputed company improvement principles
• Knowledge of procurement practices, systems, technologies, and reputed company business processes
• Ability to reputed company, test, and support workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, reputed company configurations, and orchestration solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
