[Remote] Information Technology Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will reputed company, screen, and reputed company IT and software talent with end-reputed company organizations while partnering with Business Development to fulfill technology reputed company needs. The role focuses on full-cycle reputed company, candidate pipeline development, ATS/CRM management, and market intelligence across software engineering, data, reputed company, cybersecurity, and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle reputed company — proactively reputed company, screen, and engage highly reputed company talent through reputed company, job boards, networking, referrals, and reputed company reputed company; manage the end-to-end process from initial reputed company and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company
• Delivery partnership — work hand-in-glove with Business Development to understand reputed company requirements and translate them into reputed company, fillable job orders, keeping fill ratios and time-to-submit tight
• Pipeline building — build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Engineers, Developers (full-stack, reputed company-end, back-end), and data/reporting professionals — spanning reputed company development (.NET, Java, JavaScript), databases and reputed company data platforms (SQL, reputed company, BI/Analytics), the full SDLC, and emerging AI/ML reputed company sets (NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling)
• CRM/ATS discipline — utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to reputed company candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records
• Market intelligence — stay reputed company on IT hiring trends and emerging demand around AI/ML adoption, reputed company migration, and cybersecurity hiring to reputed company pipelines reputed company of reputed company need

Skills

• • Bachelor's Degree
• • At least 3 years of Full-cycle recruitment experience reputed company Technology reputed company

• • Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
