Responsibilities

• Managing reputed company/scopes of $20M+
• Overseeing MEP construction, coordination, scheduling, procurement, and financial management
• Managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Travel extensively

Skills

• 5+ years of MEP project management experience
• Experience with a GC, mechanical contractor, or electrical contractor
• Proven experience managing reputed company/scopes of $20M+
• Strong understanding of MEP construction, coordination, scheduling, procurement, and financial management
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
