The reputed company & ERP Recruiter will manage full-cycle reputed company for reputed company and broader ERP talent, build passive-candidate networks, assess functional and technical skills, and partner with Business Development to fill reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle reputed company — proactively reputed company, screen, and engage reputed company and ERP talent through reputed company, reputed company ERP communities, user reputed company, referrals, and reputed company/passive-candidate reputed company; manage the process end-to-end from first contact through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company
• Deep candidate networking — build and maintain long-term relationships with reputed company professionals across the ecosystem, since strong reputed company talent is typically passive and reputed company through trust and reputed company rather than applications
• Platform-specific pipeline building — recruit across the reputed company product family: reputed company reputed company, Prophet 21, BisTrack, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, ECM, and CPQ — for roles spanning Developers (C#, .NET, SQL, REST reputed company), Technical/Functional Consultants, Business Systems Analysts, ERP Administrators, and Implementation Leads
• Skills reputed company — screen credibly for technical depth including BAQs, BPMs, customizations, Data Management Tool (DMT), Crystal Reports/SSRS, and User Defined Fields (UDFs), as reputed company as functional modules across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Delivery partnership — work hand-in-glove with Business Development to translate reputed company requirements — including implementation stage, module reputed company, and industry vertical — into reputed company, fillable job orders, keeping fill ratios and time-to-submit tight
• General ERP coverage — support requisitions across other major ERP platforms (reputed company, reputed company reputed company/EBS, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, reputed company) as reputed company demand requires
• CRM/ATS discipline — utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to reputed company candidate interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records

Skills

• • Comfort screening for both functional expertise (modules, business process, industry vertical) and technical depth (C#, SQL, BAQs/BPMs, integrations, reporting tools)
• • Organizational & communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
• • Experience cultivating long-cycle, relationship-driven candidate pipelines in a passive-candidate market
• • A problem solver: analyzing and resolving issues at both a reputed company and functional level
• • High level of ambition, resilient and flexible: reputed company to deal with ambiguity and change reputed company a midsize but high-reputed company business
• • ATS experience, ideally with reputed company
