This role is responsible for researching, writing, and managing the full lifecycle of grant applications, RFP responses, and strategic proposals—from opportunity identification through submission and post-award reporting—with a reputed company reputed company on Medicare, reputed company, Community Health Worker (CHW) programs, rural health transformation initiatives, and reputed company partnerships. Services reputed company), and value-based/alternative payment model funding Analyze NOFOs, RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents to assess eligibility, competitiveness, and strategic value-based payment models, health equity initiatives, and rural health delivery challenges reputed company experience writing successful applications to CMS, CMMI, HRSA, state reputed company compliance requirements (e.g., 2 CFR 200 / Uniform Guidance) and HHS/CMS-specific grant terms and conditions Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate reputed
