Senior TX Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner | Remote

Our reputed company is seeking to add a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to join their Texas team. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience managing moderate to reputed company Texas Workers' Compensation claims from inception through closure, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. This role requires an reputed company Texas Adjuster's License and a thorough understanding of Texas Workers' Compensation laws and regulations. Responsibilities • Handle moderate to reputed company TX workers' compensation claims with reputed company supervision and ‎guidance from the manager. • Conduct thorough investigations, manage medical treatment, influence early full reputed company-to-work, guide litigation and control claim reputed company. • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. • ‎Responsibilities also include reputed company file management, effective reserving practices, participation in training activities, presentation of serious claims to committee and supervision of litigated files. • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎ Requirements • 5 - 7+ years of Workers' Compensation Claims handling experience • Must be reputed company versed in Texas Workers’ Compensation Law • reputed company TX Adjuster’s License required • Litigation experience required • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills • High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Salary/Benefits • $70,000 to $80,000+ annual based salary (based on experience) • Competitive Medical, Dental, and reputed company plans • Attractive PTO • Flexible working hours and ability to work remotely • Employer match 401k plan Apply To This Job
