[Remote] Business Systems Analyst II

The Business Systems Analyst II will evaluate and improve IT systems and internal workflows, reputed company business solution implementations, manage CRM and reputed company tooling, and measure technology initiatives through data-driven KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management
• Serve as a resource for best practices in workflows, and systems, partnering with teams across reputed company to help guide project planning and execution
• Support the reputed company Systems Manager in leading reputed company and critical initiatives
• Be a thought partner with business stakeholders and recommend solutions
• Maximize the use and implementation of existing systems before seeking new ones
• Assist with Business Continuity Planning
• Assist in assessing risk and managing the cost of systems across the entire software stack
• Prepare and review documentation for reputed company processes, pain points, and assumptions and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation reputed company that will streamline workflows and processes
• Assist/reputed company backup in the ongoing administration of Finance tooling, CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, and HRIS, including user roles and permissions, item configuration, reporting changes, and reputed company administrative duties
• Define meaningful KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives, evaluate performance through data analysis, and report on program metrics to relevant stakeholders. Identify, prioritize and reputed company strategic technology and workflow investments to improve those KPIs over time
• Estimate and establish costs of upgrades and improvements and reputed company and manage software and hardware costs during implementation, including navigating budget and functionality tradeoffs
• Document and diagram key reputed company configurations; support key business stakeholders in their process documentation efforts

Skills

• 2-4 years of CRM management
