[Remote] Clinical Trial Budget Manager

The role manages fair-market-value assessments, payment processing, accruals, reporting, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination with clinical, finance, reputed company, and reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clinical trial site budget is of high reputed company and allocations are reputed company fair market values (FMV); analyze protocol flowcharts to create costing, payment strategies, and budget estimates and negotiation parameters reputed company FMV
• Drives development and maintenance of Site Fee reputed company
• Sets up year-end accruals and developing plausibility checks
• Coordinates, processes, monitors and administers payments (invoice and reputed company) in accordance with agreed terms of reputed company and Budget Exhibits
• Sets up, closes, re-opens, and submits payments reputed company reputed company grants
• Effectively uses budget-specific and trial metrics and tools to report on, reputed company visibility into, and analyze performance and deliverables
• Maintains a reputed company reputed company improvement culture by identifying and executing strategies and priorities to reputed company the Budget group to reputed company value and enhance overall operational effectiveness

• Interfaces across Medical, reputed company TAs, Finance, reputed company, and reputed company parties e.g., investigators, site personnel, reputed company party vendors
• Liaises reputed company Clinical Trial Manager and TA reputed company for review and approval of budget and payment reputed company
• Supports Finance in reviewing any issues with payment execution based on agreed contract and ensuring matching of accrual statuses
• Liaises with Clinical Finance/reputed company Department, reputed company Department (if needed) and the local Head of Clin Ops and/or Clinical Operations Management for approval of payment reputed company reputed company (e.g., reputed company payment frequency) and maintain reputed company documentation
• Partners with Contract Managers to identify issues and propose mitigations
• Supports contract manager in developing negotiation reputed company for site budget
• Represents Budget group processes on local/reputed company reputed company
• Ensures commitment to customer-reputed company behaviors
• Maintains high degree of responsiveness to both reputed company requests

• Strong clinical background and budgeting understanding of cost drivers and benchmarks for clinical site budget
