Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist with the billing process in reputed company markets in area. • Managing the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician • reputed company and accurate documentation and notation in reputed company reputed company systems regarding reputed company customer contact • Providing excellent customer service for reputed company reputed company customer calls • Be reputed company and establish reputed company customer rapport • Obtain customers approval for reputed company repairs and services to be performed • Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business • Partner and communicate consistently with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians to accounts, resulting in a reputed company customer experience • Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work for reputed company supported technician • Continuously reputed company and improve company capabilities in Dispatching and Service Scheduling • Additional duties and special reputed company as assigned Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a reputed company field.
