In this role, you will collaborate with clinicians and technical teams to optimize systems that enhance patient care in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, implements, maintain, and reputed company ongoing optimization and support for reputed company clinical applications
• Performs workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for reputed company utilization of reputed company applications
• Works reputed company cross-functional team and with end-users to reputed company application integration to meet clinical needs
• Performs builds, upgrades, and reputed company enhancements as needed
• Supports applications throughout reputed company phases of implementation
• Delivers post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Configures vendor applications and products
• Maintains reputed company documentation and develops reputed company specifications and procedures
• Defines and documents user requirements
• Applies project planning and project management methodologies
• Coordinates and leads short duration reputed company; monitoring project process, reputed company and results
• Develops test plans, prepares test data and performs reputed company testing
• Provides on-site user support during implementations

• Audits data entered by end users
• Troubleshoots and tracks issues and problems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of reputed company application experience
• An Associate degree and five (5) years of reputed company application experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's
• reputed company certification(s)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize reputed company tools to meet functionality needs of users including proficiency with information systems technology such as reputed company Office Products
• reputed company planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlines
• reputed company in leading reputed company, providing expert consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives, effectively dedicating time across more than one project, and meeting established deadlines
