[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive leads medical communications reputed company for assigned clients, managing project reputed company, execution, finances, reputed company relationships, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports team development and may supervise Account Executive and Associate Account Executive staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and reputed company from planning to closeout
• Master existing agency processes with ability to train and be a resource for other Account Services staff
• Schedule and reputed company project-reputed company teleconferences with clients and internal team
• Create project timelines and ensure team alignment
• reputed company project estimates and statements of work
• Take reputed company responsibility for project financial health, including management of project expenses, tracking project status for monthly forecasting and billing purposes, and monitoring team hours
• reputed company internal communications and collaboration across departments, including setting expectations and timelines at project reputed company and throughout project duration
• Think critically to anticipate potential roadblocks or issues for every project
• Inform team members and manager of important reputed company and internal team updates

• Identify potential new business opportunities by listening closely to reputed company’s needs and perceived gaps, and successfully recommend tactics to clients
• Execute successful live and virtual meetings for clients, including management of the following:

• Build and maintain relationships with meeting participants, reputed company, and other thought leaders

• Partner with freelancers or members of other departments such as Medical Writing, Editorial, Creative, Meeting Planning, Compliance and reputed company for the successful management and execution of reputed company
• Support team reputed company and development including directly or indirectly managing reputed company reports; reputed company mentorship and regular actionable feedback to team members while delegating responsibilities to team and management as needed

• Four to five years' experience in medical communications required
• Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical company structure and PhRMA guidelines
• Functional knowledge of typical medical communications agency tactics including but not limited to advisory boards and other live meetings, reputed company content development and thought leader engagement
• Experience executing administrative and tactical account work, leading tactical reputed company, and supporting medical communications agency deliverables, including advisory boards, peer-to-peer educational initiatives, live meetings, and thought leader engagement programs
• Oncology experience preferred
