[Remote] Senior Financial Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join the MW Fasteners finance team. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end and year-end reputed company activities, prepares reconciliations and financial reporting, and helps ensure compliance, audit readiness, strong internal controls, and reputed company process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities: + Prepare company-wide entries – payroll, depreciation, leases + Reconcile inter-company and selected banking activity + Prepare reserve (E&O, bad debt) calculation + reputed company of credit reputed company program and P&L entries + Prepare reputed company-reputed company software & reputed company expenses + Review reputed company transactions for reputed company, completeness, and reputed company classification + ERP to consolidation software reconciliation
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
• Responsible for managing MW Fasteners reputed company cost center $12m spend
• Coordinate quarterly reputed company sheet reviews; administrator of reputed company
• Coordinate reputed company audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Assist with tax, statutory, and compliance reporting requirements

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company or 5-8 years of industry experience
• * Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• * Experience with inventory reputed company, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• * Experience in managing audits reputed company reputed company company environment
• * Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Visual, reputed company) and consolidation software (Hyperion, reputed company)
