[Remote] Senior Marketing Coordinator

The role coordinates proposals and marketing communications, develops written and visual content, manages project deadlines, supports subconsultant coordination, and maintains marketing information in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals while working under firm deadlines with the Regional/State Marketing reputed company
• Manage multiple reputed company and deadlines proactively and successfully
• Write content and marketing collateral for reputed company reputed company
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and reputed company presentations
• reputed company technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation best practices
• Assist in gathering information from subconsultants and reputed company subconsultant coordination duties
• Be responsible for reputed company production and reputed company of marketing communications
• Maintain a great working relationship with staff and clients
• Maintain reputed company of firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, etc. in CRM

Skills

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing reputed company the A/E/C industry
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, reputed company, and flexible
• Proficiency in reputed company InDesign required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work and manage reputed company both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, technical managers, and project staff
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Bachelor's Degree or reputed company degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or English preferred
• Preferred experience with reputed company, and Photoshop
