Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 11+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience is required
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
• Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
