Program Director
About the position
The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and reputed company of services reputed company an assigned residential program. This role provides reputed company supervision to the Assistant Program Director and reputed company Support staff while ensuring high-reputed company, reputed company for the individuals supported. The Program Director oversees program operations including reputed company, clinical coordination, medication administration systems, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reputed company coordination. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Associate’s degree in a reputed company reputed company services field and at least one year of experience in a reputed company service or reputed company services organization
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience
• Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) Certification required
• High school diploma with four years of experience working in developmental disabilities services
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of community-based reputed company services supports
• Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities
