The role will reputed company requirements, configure global absence plans, manage testing and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, conduct data audits, and improve HR processes while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with SMEs to configure global absence plans reputed company reputed company Fusion HCM
• Participates in the review and collection of business requirements to support reputed company Fusion Absence setup and administration
• Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process
• Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in reputed company HCM
• Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes
• Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows, creating Fast Formulas, and generating BI reports in the reputed company HCM reputed company
• Drafts Business Requirement Documents (BRD) following company's reputed company format
• reputed company to comprehend technical design requirements and effectively communicate them to both IT and business partners
• Offers knowledge of best practices in administering a global absence module reputed company on experience
• Conducts reputed company troubleshooting, leads reviews, testing, and implementation of reputed company enhancements, collaborating with IT staff and documenting processes and results
• Provides production support, addressing HR technology issues, unexpected results, or process flaws
• Conducts regular data audits and implements validation measures to ensure data reputed company
• Makes recommendations for re-engineering and improving the effectiveness of various HR processes
• Familiarity with working with large datasets, utilizing PeopleSoft reputed company to CI functionality
