Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reputed company process for Finance and other SG&A roles — intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies (reputed company Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray reputed company, reputed company associations/networks, referrals) to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill Finance roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers across Finance to define role requirements, reputed company candidate reputed company, and build hiring plans that reputed company with the business

Skills

• 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on Finance and/or reputed company hiring

• Ability to credibly engage Finance stakeholders, translating role requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a reputed company record of strong candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
